Acceptance/Admissions Policies
  • Submit to the school a completed Student Application form and the
    registration fee.  The registration fee is refundable only if the student is not
    accepted as a student at CCS.  If the student is accepted and is voluntarily
    withdrawn, the registration fee is not refundable.
  • Once the registration form from the brochure and registration fee are
    received, an Enrollment Packet will need to be completed and submitted for
    final consideration of acceptance.
  • Student Application in its entirety
  • Tuition Cost Worksheet
  • Copy of birth certificate (for Kindergarten and 1st Graders)
  • Standardized test scores, if applicable
  • Consent to release information form
    Once accepted the additional items below will be required before the student
    will be allowed to attend classes.
  • Immunization Certificate #3231
  • Copy of birth certificate (for 2nd - 5th Graders)
  • Copy of Medical Insurance Card
  • Copy of Driver's License and proof of insurance to be eligible to drive
    on field trips.
  • Student Handbook Agreement form, signed by student and parents.
  • CCS reserves the right to interview parents and child to determine
    acceptance into the school.  The principal and a minimum of two School
    Board members and/or grade appropriate teachers will conduct the interview
    and evaluation.
  • After all information is received and evaluated, a letter notifying the parents of
    acceptance or rejection will be sent.

Policy Notes
  • Accounts must be kept current in order for students to attend classes and
    participate in extracurricular activities.
  • Report cards or transfer records will not be released for any student with an
    unpaid account.
  • Parents/Guardians of enrolled students are responsible for the year's tuition
    an fees.
  • Chattahoochee Christian School, Inc. admits students of any race, color,
